Time bombs add to fears in already tense Tokai

TOKAI, Ibaraki - Seven time bombs were found here last week on a road where 
residents were forced to spend a few uneasy days after the nation's 
worst-ever nuclear accident at the Tokai nuclear fuel processing plant in 
September, Ibaraki Prefectural Police said.
The bombs were found just the day after JCO Co. announced its intention to 
resume operations at its stricken nuclear fuel recycling plant.
