RE: Raddecay

I discussed the absence of decay calculations directly with Charles Hacker.
He apparently updated Raddecay to Windows as a programming excercise and was
not clear on the function of the decay calculation section of the program so
left it out. I think I recall him saying that if there was sufficient
interest he may be persuaded to look into it further. The following is a
