This piece in Monday's Washington Post is the most recent piece of propaganda 
that Makhijani has gotten the Post to publish -- he pushes all the key 
buttons from the LNT, to the greedy utilities, to the incompetent or 
deceitful DoE and their contractors -- with the objective of derailing any 
consideration of more reasonable D & D standards...
