Visitor dosimetry srd records, tld records, Radiation work permit entries, 
some counting records, fenceline surveys, radiological occurrence reports, 
personnel contamination reports are all stored on computer servers which will 
be backed up on cd-R media.  Some reviews and approvals are done online using 
individual passwords.  The state of TN has reviewed some of these systems and 
has not had a problem to date, in fact during a recent inspection they stated 
they preferred stack air sample data on a computer because it made it more 
convenient to audit.
