Japan STA closed?

Just tried to access the Japan Science and Technology Agency (STA) site but 
it didn't work - it may have been closed temporarily. STA had hacker visits 
about a week ago and some "information" was added. The Tokyo police is 
working on it but judging from the genuine American words and links I 
wouldn't search for the hackers in Japan.
