Steve Wing's paper

Dear Colleagues 

Thanks for the responses regarding the journal of 'New Solutions'.  
The webb site for the journal is not very helpful - there is no listing 
of past or current issues.  Does anyone have an alternative source 
of the paper which Dr Wing has published recently in this journal  
which is critical of the use of the Japanese bomb survivor data for 
risk estimation?  The paper was the basis for BBC comment last 
week in the United Kingdom.
