Is this on a weight basis for ingestion? Then other radiative materials are
more toxic. Is this for short-term effects or delayed effects like cancer?
For short-term effects more toxic substances include:

(1) Amanita muscaris, the "death angel" mushroom
(2) Botulinum toxin
(3) dimethyl mercury
(4) fluorine gas
(5) VX or VG
