        When you get there, take a look in the telephone directory. Having 
     traveled extensively, (and often) to many different Nuclear Plants in 
     the 70's and 80's as an HP contractor, I recall that in nearly every 
     case there is a section in the local phone book which generalizes 
     E-Plan info to the public for the respective EPZ, and provides phone 
     numbers for contacts concerning specific information.
