EPA-520 "Limiting Values ... and DCF ..." lists 4.29 E 2 rem/Ci for the
whole body Committed Effective Dose Equivalent after unit conversions. 
However, 7.81 E 3 rem/Ci is listed as the limiting DCF for Bone
Surfaces.
