Blood Borne Pathogen Sterilization

Does anyone know or have references for the efficacy of gamma sterilization
for sterilizing items contaminated with blood borne pathogens such as
hepatitis?  I'm only looking for general information such as how many rads
will destroy approximately what percent of the pathogen.

Please respond to me privately, unless you feel it is of interest to the rest
of the group.
