LLD for I-131 in your ODCM

If you can't meet the 1.0 pCi/l LLD for I-131 as per NUREG-1301 and your ODCM,
did you use the value of 15 pCi/l for the LLD and show that there isn't a
credible drinking water pathway for I-131?
