mixture of ground beef and rice served with a salad
Pastitsio and Baklava - Layers of
Macaroni, cheese and ground beef with herbs, topped with grated cheese and
bechamel sauce with Baklava for dessert
Shish Kebob Plate - Marinated shish
kebob, cubes of pork served on a bed of rice pilaf, Garnished with pita
bread
