Krypton-85 Three Mile Island

Radsafers,

What do you consider the best reference (most accurate) for release estimates 
for TMI, post accident.  I have looked at several sources today, but the 
estimates vary widely.

I am specifically interested in 

Cesium-137
Strontium-90
Iodine-131
Krypton-85
Xenon-133

Also, does anyone have a reference for what the average outdoor Krypton-85 
concentration was around 1960 and what it is today?
