Re: background vs man-made emmissions

I note David Pyle's comments, and am only acknowledging having 
received and read them. While I don't agree with many of David's 
perceptions, I believe that others who are far more knowledgeable 
than I am, have addressed many of the alternative energy sources. I 
do agree with David that the government is accountable for 
formulating a national energy policy, and they have been severely 
derelict with respect to that.
