I'm taking yet another poll, this time the dollar amount placed in saving a
person-rem ($/person-rem).

I'd appreciate some feedback on this.  Please indicate the $ amount your
institution is willing (procedurally) to spend to save a person-rem.  Also,
please indicate what institution/plant you're at.  Thanks!
