Thoron in Breath Monitors

Dear Radsafers,
I am very new to the field of Health Physics and have been asked to investigate the viability of us purchasing a Thoron in Breath Monitor. So far I have gathered information on only one such piece of equipment which was presented at the Invivo-99 conference in Belgium by Dr. Andreas Eisenmenger.
My employers are keen to purchase one of these monitors as the service which provides our urine samples analysis has been having some long term difficulties with the detection limits of Thoron.
The information I require if any-one can help me is the suppliers of Thoron in Breath Monitors; the cost of such a piece of machinery and the detection limits which it can achieve.
Thank in advance to any one who can help
