Help - Identification Needed

I am trying to identify a lead pig. 2.5 inches diameter and 3 inches
high. The cavity is 1.25 inches diameter and 2.25 inches deep. There
is no top. One inch from the top is a cap hex bolt 0.25 inch x 20 which
is screwed into the opposite side on a diameter. The pig is painted
flat black. Embossed in the pig is 5681226-C. It has a yellow and
magenta label with the trefoil radiation symbol and the label reads:
RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL CONTAINED INSIDE 831 4734A. The pig was in a thin
foam wrapper and wrapped in such manner that there could have been no
top. On the foam wrapper was a sticker P/N 56 81 226 RE?. C (The "?"
could possibly be a "V.")

I ran the numbers through some data bases, but with no luck.
