Comment : 
The Czechs, Slovaks, Hungarians, Romanians, etc. would no doubt all welcome
(increased) electricity export contracts with western Europe - some are
actually counting on it.
By the looks of it, power from the new Temelin and Mochovce NPPs has
excellent market potential.
Maybe EU countries will even wind up financing completion of additional
Cernavoda units.
...just trying to look at the bright side.
