The easiest and most cost-effective disposal option may be to list them on 
eBay. Radium dials, clocks, and any and all things  radium related are 
selling there all the time for a goodly price. This is only "tongue in cheek" 
as it were, since a licensee possessing such items would not really want to 
pursue this "disposal" option being used by others all the time.
