Fw: Who is Large?

I asked a colleague who has had some dealings with John Large about him, and
she writes that John Large is an apparent antinuke who wrote a junk science
tract ("the Large Report") about the dangers of maritime shipment of
plutonium about 10 years ago.  It was one of the diatribes critiqued by
Sandia in a 1992 "white paper" on shipping plutonium by sea.
