Barnwell access

I just received a very nice letter from Chem Nuclear stating that South
Carolina is now part of the Atlantic Compact and that they are going to
refund my access fee. The letter also had the following sentence:

"In order to ensure continuity of access to Barnwell for all of our
customers, Chem-Nuclear has forwarded disposal contract change orders to all
of our Barnwell Disposal contract holders which includes all the brokers and
processors."

My question is, does anyone know what the hell this means? I'm assuming it
means our fees are going up, but this letter seems deliberately non-specific
about whether or not non-compact waste will continue to be accepted, whether
or not fees will increase, and (if so) how much the fee increases will be.

All I want to know is where I'm going to have send our waste and how much
more it's going to cost. I'd really appreciate any insights on this that
any of you might have. Thanks!

Andy
