Recent Radiation Accident In Egypt - Any Further Information?

Can anyone tell me where I can find further information regarding the very
recent radiation accident in Egypt where a family found a lost industrial
or medical radiography source, took it home, and received high doses from
the source? The last I heard from news reports is that the source was
recovered by Egyptian security forces, two of the family members were dead,
and three other family members were hospitalized.

I am looking for web-based or printed information sources, other than AP or
other general media reports, that describe the accident more accurately and
in more detail (i.e. owner, nuclide, activity, form, application, exposure
rate, contamination levels, individual doses, etc.) than the general media
reports.

I appreciate your assistance!

Henry
