It's going to take some public education about the benefits of food irradiation to really make it take off. Word of mouth is a great way to get the word out and people trust their friends opinions so I commend you for speaking out. I am a founding member of a new food irradiation equipment manufacturer and am very excited about the upcoming future of safer foods using irradiation. Thanks again for trying the burgers and then making the positive comments for everyone to see. Janette Kewley
