Thanks!

Many thanks to Bruce, Randy, and Luke for their assistance in finding the
uranium document.

By the way, in an interesting incidence of Web serendipity, I found two
documents on the DOE WWW page that were of some interest. One is a copy of
a report on the Plowshare Program. It can be found at
http://www.osti.gov/opennet/.

A second is a letter from Eugene Wigner to A.V. Peterson, dated December 4,
1946 advocating initiating studies in radiation biology, and a third, to
Wigner and dated November 26, 1946, discusses setting up a health physics
study program. The last is a memo by K.Z. Morgan titled "Health Physics
Lecture I, Health Physics, its History and Development and is dated
10/31/46. These last three documents can be found by doing a search on the
following WWW page:

http://www.osti.gov/waisgate/opennet.new.html

I found the letter from Wigner by searching under his name as author. The
other two were found by searching this WWW page under the title "Health
Physics".
