An incresed desire by the public (or at least their media sheep-herders)
to experience the CO2 emissions from non-nuc plants, and to (as heard
this morning in CA) juggle the use of coffee pots, TVs, microwaves and
other "essentials" due to the rolling blackouts that will become
common-place in a few weeks.
