Re: International Conference on Communications - IAEA

Dear Dr. Lars Persson
Thank you for your support.

The reason of sending to the IAEA the idea of a Communication Training
Course on nuclear, radiation, transport and waste safety, as well as, an
International Conference about Communication on nuclear, radiation,
transport and waste safety, was based on some papers of the recent IRPA 10,
the reasons and consequences of recent accidents and finally the recent
Japanese Nuclear Safety Commission "mea culpa" on his inability to respond
to public trust, in the recent Tokaimura Accident.
