Re: wartime ethics



Andy,

I did not mean to imply that an apology was in order.  However, I accepted
it the instant I saw the word.  I felt that the sentence on perception was
imprecise, but based on my reading and personal experience (including some
on the USS PLUNGER) I am sensitive to the easy transition from right to
wrong.
