TO ALL RADSAFERS

Subject: Medical Cyclotron Component Activation Data

We have collected an extensive set of waste generation data of a 30 MeV
CYCLONE 30 Medical Cyclotron including:
a) Type, mass, and nature of activated cyclotron parts, damaged haver
window, nuts and bolts
b) Activated lamp fittings and Fluoro lamps, metal scraps 
c) Non metallic radioactive waste like, paper, tissue, cloth, pump-oil,
rubber (O-rings and washers etc.), glass, plastics, etc. 
This data was collected during the annual maintenance shutdowns of our
Cyclotron. We also recorded the job specific radiation exposure of the
technicians during the cyclotron maintenance work.
