TVL Data for F-18

I am looking for Tenth Value Layer (TVL) data for F-18.  
Using the linear attenuation coefficient (u), I calculate TVL = 2.3/u as:

lead = 1.25 cm
iron = 2.5 cm
concrete = 15 cm 

But that does not include the Buildup Factor.

Can anyone provide me with measured data for the TVL of these materials to be used in PET imaging facility design?
