I am seeking advise where one can obtain the neutron shielding code (WRNS)
presented in Health Physics Vol 73(6) Dec 1997 pp 932-943 by Shiang-Huei
Jiang and Rong-Jiun Sheu ?

Else, any other (low cost) code that performs shielding thickness and/or
dose rate calculations for given shielding materials and neutron energies ?
