to fill vacancy.  Goal is to find someone with the right qualifications that 
lives locally.  Cost to relocate is not part of hiring package.  
Requirements:  should be familiar with regulations and terminology in 
chemical, biological and radiological safety, hazardous waste disposal and 
environmental compliance.  Benefits include paid medical, dental, vision and
