Most of us have heard about the Mayak PA but this sounds worse. Is it really 
possible that there could be one more site like that without "coming out" 
until now? Furthermore, if there is indeed another heavily contaminated site 
- 10,000 nuclear reactors... doesn't sound realistic - could it possibly be 
that there are three zeroes too many or something like that?

I remain sceptical.
