The information is available from the U.S. NRC's Office of State and Tribal Programs. They have a www site at;

http://www.hsrd.ornl.gov/nrc/home.html

They have a quick list available at:

http://www.hsrd.ornl.gov/nrc/asframe.htm

The only State which is not identified as an Agreement State on that map is Oklahoma. They just became an Agreement State this year.
