NRC RATAFR Code

Any one out there had any experience running the NRC RATAFR code on a 
PC?  This is the code referred to in NUREG 0133 for determining liquid 
radwaste tank curie limits.  I have obtained the code from RSICC at ORNL, 
(they call it RATAF - it runs in DOS) but they provide no documentation 
(command line arguments, etc.) on how to run the program.

Any one out there ever gotten the RSICC version of this code to run on a PC?
