Cosmic radiation spurs U.S. air crews to action

Dear colleagues:
An interesting article is reproduced, in part, below about Cosmic radiation 
developments and US air crews. A hyperlink is listed at the end of the 
introductory text for those interested in the entire AP story. I would 
suggest that recognition that airline crews are among the highest ionizing 
radiation exposed occupational workers, and that passengers receive 
ubiquitous exposure,  would work to provide some leveling of the playing 
field regarding public phobia about radiation exposure.
