This is not a valid statement. There if fact can be appreciable DE, 
dependent on the medical procedure, radionuclide, duration of the 
time the dosimeter (TLD, film or other dosimeter) are worn after the 
procedure, and, the geometry of the dosimeter to the critical organ, 
and other associated organs.
