RE: RWP Record Retention Requirements - total comments



I have used RWPs as part of a dose re-construction in support of litigation.
Therefore, retention of RWPs using the same protocol as dosimetry records is
prudent.

The "from" bug bit me.

I would say from the NRC perspective, 3 years (I think this is
correct).

"From" a litigation perspective, I believe that it is ANI's position
that all records that involve an individual's occupational exposure,
work environment, etc., is required to be maintained for Life of
License + 10 years. Jerre Forbes .. are you out there?
