RE: Mobile Chernobyl - what is this?



I don't think the term "bureaucrat" is necessarily a disparaging title,
though it can be used negatively. People who work for federal or state
bureaucracies are by definition, and for good or ill, bureaucrats. I think
Ruth was complimenting the "bureaucrat", not criticizing him.

That was no Bureoucrat!  That was  an informed public servant doing their
job to 
the best of their ability and not bowing to popular pressure or lazyness.
They were 
speaking to accuracy, and not pop culture.  They should get an attaboy, not
be 
disparaged as a "bureaucrat".

Just my opinion.
