Position Open



MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia has an immediate opening for a 
Supervisor of Radiation Safety.  

The position supervises technical staff and provides professional level health 
physics support for Drexel and MCP Hahnemann Universities and Tenet 
Healthcare hospitals in the Philadelphia Region. Duties may be assigned at 
Drexel University, MCP Hahnemann University and/or Tenet Healthcare 
facilities in any combination at the descretion of the Director. 

A Bachelor's degree in physics, engineering, radiation sciences or health 
physics is required. Master's degree in health physics is preferred. 5 years 
management experience in radiation safety at a university or hospital are 
required depending on education. Individual must be able to work with all 
different levels of people and different personalities. Proficiency in the use of 
personal computers (Word, Excel) and strong written and oral 
communication skills are required.
