Hormesis and Environmental Regulation

For those of you who are interested, the latest BELLE (Biological Effects
of Low-Level Exposures) newsletter addresses "Hormesis and  Environmental
Regulation: Views from the Legal Profession". It is available at the BELLE
website:

This particular newsletter does not specifically mention radiation,
although the topic is applicable to low-dose radiation issues. For those of
you who believe this announcement digresses too far from being a relevent
to RadSafe, I apologize.

The BELLE newsletter, as with all BELLE newsletters that I've read,
presents topics from multiple, often opposing points of view. This method
of discussion illuminates the subtle and complex implications in the
subject matter allowing you to balance your perspective. They did address
radiation in a previous newsletter, which is also available at the above
website.
