RE: Radiochemistry Labs

Per Tom's inquiry yesterday, here is but one. Let's see if 
he finds it on his own first before letting him know. Also, 
wonder what happened to the University of Miami tritium 
water analysis capability? Tom seems to have given up on it, 
even though he pointed out during the latest Tritium Task Force 
meeting  that it can reliably detect H-3 concentrations in water 
as low as 20 pCi/liter.
