         US-DE-Wilmington-Radiation Safety Manager 


              Major Responsibilities:
              · Manage the Wilmington R&D Radiation Safety Program and
resources.
              · Maintain a high degree of understanding and awareness of
federal, state and local
              safety, health and environmental regulations.
              · Manage the R&D SHE audit and office safety programs.
              · Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local and
AZ SHE Standard
              requirements. 
              · Assist line management in the development, implementation
and tracking of SHE
              performance targets.

              QUALIFICATIONS:

              EDUCATION:
              · Bachelor's Degree in Science.
              · Advanced degree preferred.

              EXPERIENCE:
              · Five years experience in an R&D Laboratory environment in a
Radiation Safety, Safety
              or auditing function.
              · Thorough knowledge of USNRC regulations with a minimum of 2
years experience as a
              Responsible Investigator or Radiation Safety Officer.

              ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
              · Excellent communication skills both written and oral to
interface with all levels of
              management.
