Oh great!  Somebody must have figured out that if you put the wind plants offshore, all the dead birds will wash away as fish food instead of piling up underneath them as a big PR problem.  The mind reels.  Isn't there some international treaty protecting migratory birds?  All in the name of environmental green-mess.  [sic]
