ýQuestion to hospital radiation safety personnel.  How are you handling the

purchase ýýrequests of radioactive materials at your institutions?   Must

every purchase request be ýýapproved by the RSO or other relevant personnel

prior to processing by the ýýpurchasing department? Or do you allow the

authorized users to order radionuclides at ýýthe activities that they have

been licensed (by the Radiation Safety Committee) with ýýno need for

approval? ý
