And it doesn't need to be Pu or even radioactivity.  It could be any of

scores of neurotoxins, botulisms, or many other bad actors.



Why do we keep telling people that nuclear things pose unprecedented

hazards?  They don't!  A small truckload of fertilizer will do it.
