No.  Actually it has a much higher probability then something like 50/50

does.  All it would take is a systematic problem in the manufacturing

process that creates a replicable lid that it out of spec (such as

out-of-round lids that can't seal a drum).



The question would be how the manufacturer's QA/QC missed this and let it

get out the door.
