Prioritize leaks

This is for DOE and non-DOE;



DOE's Radiological Controls Standard article 125.10 requires "Conditions that could cause or promote the spread of contamination, such as a leaking roof or piping, should be identified and corrected on a priority basis."



After an audit finding, we are looking for a better method to impalement this article and would like suggestions as to how your sites deal with this situation (prioritizes leaks, rad problems from non-rad problem etc).  Even if you are not DOE, your response will be appreciated.
