Radon Alarm

Hi;



    I'm new to the list and was wondering if

anybody knows about a radon monitor called 'Radon

Alarm' or 'Radon Alert'.  It was made by Monitor

Technologies.  It ran on just 12 volts which makes

it ideal for out in the field.  It's has a very

simple photo diode detector and a two IC pulse

amplifier circuit.  Is there any equivalent?  The

original price was only $150.00 or so.  We use

them to measure radon at fault zones.
