Info re. deaths of 2 operators @ Navy Research Lab (1943/44?)

I would be grateful for any info/website concerning deaths of two operators

in 1943/1944 at the Navy Research Laboratory/Philadelphia Navy Yard. They

were working on thermal diffusion as a means for enriching U-235.
