Re:: Nuclear criticality engineer

Jack and others who are posting "job

openings/opportunities"

If I can, I would like to suggest you.

>From my experience:

1. People became more hesitant to give their

resumes just for the sake of creating data bases.

Times have changed.

2. If there is a real position, it will be very

helpful for you and other interested parties to

give some specifics of the project: assignment

location (if possible the name of the client),

duration, pay and perks.

3. This way, you would have more chances for

serious resume replies and long good relations

with the clients.

4. Generally, more certanity is better.

REALISTIC pay rates are very important!

People are tired of misinformative ranges like =>

=>  30,000 - 90,000 ????

4.1 It is a deviation of 50% or three times more

or less.

If the Pay has such deviation=> Does the Expected

Performance have the same range???

4.2 Isn't too much of the uncertainty to

determine what is the real mean of the pay?

Who does want to fly across the country to find

out that the real mean was 40,000?

4.3 If their is a KNOWN task/work => there must

be KNOWN amount of money and benefits (package).

5. Intrigue.

5.1 Naturally, the job market as any other market

has a little intrigue.

5.2 However,it will be more of fare game if there

was

more clarity =>less uncertainty => less panick =>

more confident investors => stable the market.

Everybody is happy.

No offense, just a feedback.

Bargains are always welcome on the market of

"looking for the better pay rate" :-)

Regards,

Emil.
